How we work
Podoxo is a small, remote-friendly team building for creators in every timezone. We ship in small increments, talk to members constantly and prefer people who can own a problem end to end rather than wait for a spec.
Areas we hire for
- Product & design — Shape profile, discovery and messaging flows for ten different member types without making any of them feel like an afterthought.
- Engineering — React, TypeScript and a Postgres-backed API. Search, entitlements, media handling and payments are the meaty problems.
- Community & creator partnerships — Onboard hosts, guests, studios and agencies, keep listing quality high and help members get their first real collaboration.
- Trust & support — Verification, reporting and member support — the work that makes a marketplace safe enough to transact in.
