Eligibility

You may use Podoxo only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country and are of the minimum age required by applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.

If you use Podoxo on behalf of a business, studio or agency, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Be responsible for activity under your account
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Not create accounts to impersonate another person or business
• Not maintain accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes

Profiles and Content

You are responsible for the information, images, audio, video, links and portfolio material you publish on Podoxo, and you confirm you have the rights and permissions required to publish it.

You grant Podoxo the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, display and distribute your content in line with your chosen visibility settings and the operation of the platform.

Information you place in public profile fields may be visible to other users and website visitors. Do not publish sensitive or confidential information.

Registered vs Verified

Creating an account does not mean a profile is verified.

A Verified badge means the profile has completed the applicable Podoxo verification process. Verification is limited to the scope of that process and does not guarantee qualifications, quality, conduct, reliability, financial standing or future performance.

Podoxo does not publicly display registration status or registration dates.

Connections, Invitations and Messaging

Podoxo may allow you to discover profiles, send and receive invitations, accept or decline requests and communicate with connected users.

Podoxo does not guarantee that any invitation will be accepted, that a collaboration will take place, or that any commercial outcome will result from using the platform.

Any agreement, booking, appearance, service or payment arranged between users is a matter between those users.

Subscriptions and Payments

Podoxo may offer free and paid membership plans. Applicable prices, currency, inclusions and limits are shown at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Podoxo does not store full card or banking details.

Paid features apply only for the period purchased. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Podoxo may change plan pricing or inclusions for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Podoxo for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Impersonate any person, brand, show or business
• Publish deliberately false or misleading professional information
• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users
• Send spam or bulk unsolicited commercial messages
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect user data
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Interfere with platform security or availability
• Upload malicious code
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights
• Misuse another user's personal information

Moderation, Suspension and Termination

Podoxo may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached, or where necessary to protect users or the platform.

You may stop using Podoxo and request account deletion at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Podoxo name, logo, design, software and platform content are owned by Podoxo or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

You retain ownership of the content you publish, subject to the licence above.

Third-Party Services and Links

Podoxo may link to or integrate with third-party services. Podoxo does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or policies.

Platform Availability

Podoxo aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Podoxo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Podoxo is a platform for discovery and connection rather than a party to agreements between users.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Podoxo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or losses arising solely from dealings between independent users.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Podoxo against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your use of the platform in breach of these Terms, or your dealings with other users, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Podoxo's place of establishment, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

Where possible, we ask that you contact support first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes to These Terms

Podoxo may update these Terms as the platform, services or applicable laws change. The "Last Updated" date will be revised, and where required by law we will provide additional notice.
