A Verified badge indicates that the profile has completed Podoxo's applicable verification process.

• Experience
• Conduct
• Reliability
• Financial standing
• Future performance
• Business results
• Compatibility
• Safety
• Legality of a user's activities

Registration alone does not constitute verification.

User-Generated Information

Users may provide profiles, photographs, videos, audio, portfolios, biographies, professional claims and other content.

Podoxo does not guarantee that all user-provided information is accurate, complete, current or authentic.

Users are responsible for the information they provide.

Connections and Collaborations

Podoxo may facilitate discovery, connection requests, invitations and communications.

Podoxo does not guarantee that:

• A request will be accepted
• A guest will appear on a podcast
• A host will accept a guest
• A producer will complete a project
• A service provider will deliver a service
• A collaboration will be successful
• A commercial agreement will be completed
• A user will receive business opportunities
• A user will achieve a particular result

Any agreement between users is between those parties.

Commercial Transactions

Users are responsible for establishing and understanding fees, payment terms, deliverables, deadlines, cancellation terms, refunds, taxes, contracts, intellectual-property rights and dispute procedures when dealing with other users.

Where Podoxo itself provides a paid service, the applicable Podoxo terms will apply.

Third-Party Services

Podoxo does not control and is not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security, content, availability or policies.

Platform Availability

Podoxo aims to provide a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Users must not use Podoxo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities, including impersonation, fraudulent profiles, deliberately misleading information, harassment, unauthorized access, abuse of personal information, fraudulent transactions, malicious activity or copyright infringement.

Podoxo may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts or remove content where appropriate.
